Overview
Maudience is seeking a graphic designer with an excellent sense of design fundamentals and a passion for marketing automation.  The right candidate will have experience in data-driven design and a strong desire to design and optimize campaigns.

Job Duties

  • Design, implement, launch, analyze and optimize Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Install, configure and optimize trigger based emails using Email Automation Software
  • Data driven design optimization for web pages, blog pages, landing pages and etc…

Required Experience

  • Passionate about marketing and data driven design
  • HTML/CSS experience
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Active Campaign and etc)
  • Degree in Design; or equivalent experience and education
  • A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing automation

Preferred Experience

  • 2 – 5 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Hubspot and SharpSpring.
  • Ability to conceptualize unique designs
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to collaborate creatively with a team
  • Ability to receive criticism and implement recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage last-minute requests
  • Self-starter

  • Ability to work autonomously

Compensation 

  • $15 – $25 per hour based on experience
  • Full time or Part time opportunity
  • 30 & 90 Day reviews prior to a full-time position
