Overview
Maudience is seeking a graphic designer with an excellent sense of design fundamentals and a passion for marketing automation. The right candidate will have experience in data-driven design and a strong desire to design and optimize campaigns.
Job Duties
- Design, implement, launch, analyze and optimize Email Marketing Campaigns
- Install, configure and optimize trigger based emails using Email Automation Software
- Data driven design optimization for web pages, blog pages, landing pages and etc…
Required Experience
- Passionate about marketing and data driven design
- HTML/CSS experience
- Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Active Campaign and etc)
- Degree in Design; or equivalent experience and education
- A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing automation
Preferred Experience
- 2 – 5 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Hubspot and SharpSpring.
- Ability to conceptualize unique designs
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to collaborate creatively with a team
- Ability to receive criticism and implement recommendations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage last-minute requests

Compensation
- $15 – $25 per hour based on experience
- Full time or Part time opportunity
- 30 & 90 Day reviews prior to a full-time position
